Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently looking for a mature and organised accounts officer to join our friendly team.  Based in our Malvern dealership you will be responsible for the accounts administration of 4 vehicle brands over 2 sales sites in a role that will keep you busy and engaged all day.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
·         Processing of all creditor invoices
·         Creditor account reconciliations and payment preparation
·         General ledger account reconciliations
·         Additional administration duties as required

To be successful in this role you will need to have:
·         A solid background in accounts payable and general accounting and administration
·         Excellent organisation and time management skills with an attention to detail
·         The ability to think outside the square and take the initiative
·         Strong communication skills
·         Strong computer skills including automotive dealership packages and Microsoft Office

While previous automotive experience is preferred training and support for the right candidate will be provided.
