About the Role 
Heritage Motor Group are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the preparation and timely delivery of new and used vehicles, ensuring each one meets our high presentation and quality standards before it reaches our guests. 
 

• Schedule vehicle deliveries and coordinate with sales, service, and detailing teams 
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared, accessorised, and cleaned prior to handover 
• Liaise with third-party suppliers for accessories, tinting, or paint protection 
• Maintain accurate documentation and delivery tracking records 
• Communicate delivery updates and expectations to relevant teams 

 
 
Skills & Experience 

• Previous experience in automotive coordination, administration, or logistics 
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines 
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset 
• Current driver’s licence
