Car Care Consultant

About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong personal presentation and a natural flair for customer service to join us as our next Car Care Consultant.

In this role, you’ll work in a fun, fast paced environment demonstrating aftermarket accessories to prospective customers. You don’t need to be a car expert yet, you’ll learn on the job from experienced colleagues, and you’ll stay up to date with our products and new releases.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Demonstrating and explaining aftermarket accessories to customers.

• Learning the full range of existing and new products.

• Building strong relationships and guiding customers through their accessory choices.

• Keeping customer details accurate and up to date.

• Coordinating with workshop teams to ensure accessories are installed correctly.

• Preparing warranties, completing paperwork, and lodging registrations with underwriters before delivery.

Skills and Experience

• Strong personal presentation and communication skills.

• Experience in retail sales, especially fashion or cosmetics, is an advantage.

• Ability to manage customer relationships and follow up confidently.

• Good attention to detail with paperwork and record keeping.

• A proactive approach and desire to succeed.

• A current Australian driver licence.
