About the Role

easyauto123 Liverpool is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reconditioning Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our vehicles are reconditioned to the highest standard and delivered on time for sale. You’ll be responsible for managing the vehicle reconditioning process end-to-end, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to keep workflows running smoothly.

• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning from trade-in through to retail-ready status
• Schedule and liaise with internal technicians and external suppliers for detailing, mechanical work, and repairs
• Monitor work-in-progress and ensure vehicles meet quality standards and deadlines
• Update systems and records to reflect reconditioning progress and cost tracking
• Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to prioritise vehicle preparation based on demand
• Support efficient flow of stock from acquisition to front-line availability

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership, service, or inventory coordination role is highly desirable
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (e.g. ERA, Auto IT, or similar)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
