Warranty Administrator

Motors Tasmania is a multi-franchised automotive dealership group, with operations in Hobart, Launceston and Devonport.

To support our growing business our Launceston Dealership is now actively looking to employ a Warranty Administrator to join the team.

The Warranty Administrator is principally responsible for organizing, processing and reviewing warranty claims, and verifying and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements. 

Additionally applicants will need to demonstrate:

• Clerical skills, especially attention to detail, and accuracy when processing claims
• The ability to self-audit work performed
• Customer service skills including the ability to deal with customers personally and over the phone, and to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
• The ability to cope with high demands and at times heavy workloads.
• The ability to contribute in a team environment
