New Vehicle Sales Consultant

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the team at Motors Hyundai Launceston.

About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer journey while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Managing and following up sales enquiries
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and referrals
• Achieving new vehicle sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Working collaboratively with Finance, Aftermarket and Service departments
• Delivering an exceptional ownership experience from enquiry through to vehicle handover

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, results-driven approach
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment
• A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
