The Role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Denza showroom team. You will guide customers through their journey into electric mobility, offering expert advice on Denza vehicles, features, and ownership benefits while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and consultative manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Denza models and solutions
• Deliver compelling product presentations and test drives
• Explain EV technology, features, financing, and ownership benefits clearly
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up using CRM systems
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay up to date with Denza products, promotions, and market trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or premium retail sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for electric vehicles, technology, and innovation
• Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
• Valid driver’s license
