Apprentice - Technician

About the Role

NMG Volkswagen are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Technician to join our workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry, gaining hands‑on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification alongside experienced technicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a range of vehicles
• Learning to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following workshop processes and manufacturer guidelines
• Working as part of a team to meet service and delivery deadlines

Skills & Experience

• A genuine interest in the automotive industry
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
• Good attention to detail and a safety‑focused mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and a committed team player
• A current driver’s licence or working towards obtaining one
