Service Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Service Advisor to join our busy Automall West dealership at either our Indooroopilly or Seventeen Mile Rocks sites in a full time position, with earning potential through commission structures.

This role will see you supporting multiple brands across the business, including Subaru, Honda, MG, Ford, and a variety of other models.

As a key link between our customers and service technicians, you will play an important role in delivering a smooth, professional, and transparent service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and managing service enquiries in person and by phone

• Preparing repair orders and explaining recommended work clearly

• Liaising between customers, technicians, and parts teams

• Providing accurate cost estimates and timeframes

• Upselling additional service work and accessories where appropriate

• Managing customer follow ups and updates throughout the service process

• Ensuring all documentation and systems are maintained accurately

• Contributing to high CSI scores and repeat business

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer facing automotive role

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• A professional and friendly approach to customer service

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence using dealer management and booking systems

• A current driver licence
