Automall West is seeking an experienced and driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and develop one or more of our 9 new vehicle brands based at our Indooroopilly dealership precinct.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing automotive leader looking to take the next step in their career within one of Queensland's most diverse and progressive dealership groups. Depending on your experience and capabilities, you will be responsible for managing the sales performance and growth of one or multiple brands within our portfolio.

About the Role
As a New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading your sales team, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
You will coach and develop Sales Consultants, implement effective sales strategies, and work closely with senior leadership to achieve dealership objectives and maximise business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the New Vehicle Sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Manage and grow the performance of one or more of Automall West's new vehicle brands.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales growth and market share.
• Manage daily sales activities and monitor team performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop Sales Consultants to maximise individual and team success.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales journey.
• Oversee lead management processes and CRM compliance.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with Finance & Insurance, Car Care, and Marketing teams to maximise dealership opportunities.
• Manage stock levels and vehicle inventory in collaboration with dealership management.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and inventory management capabilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
