About the Role

Cupra Indooroopilly are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the automotive industry and driven to succeed in a high‑performing sales environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate new vehicle options with confidence
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
• Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional approach
• Current driver’s licence
