An exciting opportunity is now available at Automall West Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. We are seeking a Car Care Consultant to promote and sell premium Eagers Automotive vehicle protection products across our high-performing dealership hub.
You will work alongside multiple leading brands including Honda, Ford, Subaru, MG, Cupra, Land Rover, Denza and more, providing customers with value-added protection solutions that enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
This is a high-volume dealership environment, and you will be trained and mentored by a team of elite performers with a proven track record of developing consultants. If you are motivated, sales-driven, and eager to learn, this role offers outstanding earning potential and long-term career growth.

About the Role
As a Car Care Consultant, you will receive full training and ongoing support to confidently present and sell a range of vehicle protection products. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a successful career in automotive sales.
Key duties include:

• Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom
• Presenting, demonstrating, and selling car care and protection products
• Working closely with Sales Consultants, Finance Managers, and Department Managers
• Negotiation, follow-up, and closing sales opportunities
• Maintaining deal logs and sales spreadsheets
• Reporting results to management
• Issuing warranty documentation
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

About You
Automotive experience is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is your passion for sales, people, and success.
You will bring:

• Face-to-face or phone-based customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in building rapport with a wide range of customers
• A professional, well-presented approach
• A positive attitude with resilience and drive
