New Vehicle Sales Consultant

We want eager, enthusiastic, and passionate salespeople who have had previous experience in Retail Sales or Hospitality, wanting career progression or a new direction with limitless opportunities.

Automall West has opportunities for fulltime Sales Consultants to join our prestige facility at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.

About this role: 

• Building relationships with customers and potential customers
• Ensuring the sales process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments – F&I, Car Care
• Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs with a “nothings a problem attitude”
• Putting the guest first and truly looking after them and supporting ownership after sale
• Presenting yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)

 
 The successful applicant will possess:

• A valid manual driver’s license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
• Ability to perform in high pressure environments
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills 
• A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge!
