About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchasing journey while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Managing and following up sales enquiries
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Generating new business opportunities through referrals and prospecting activities
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Collaborating with Finance and Aftermarket departments to provide a seamless customer experience
• Delivering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry
• A passion for customer service and relationship building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A driven, positive and results-focused attitude
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment
• A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
