About the Role

easyauto123 Hendra currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Workshop Controller Foreman to join our service team.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating day‑to‑day workshop operations by planning, monitoring, and managing all repair orders. You will be responsible for maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting technicians, ensuring repair quality, and driving a high-performance workshop environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership and support to the Service Manager
• Coordinating and allocating repair orders to technicians
• Maintaining workshop efficiency and ensuring smooth workflow
• Monitoring the quality of all work performed and conducting quality checks
• Offering diagnostic and technical support to technicians
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships across all departments
• Assisting with escalated technical issues and repair concerns
• Ensuring compliance with safety, process, and manufacturer standards

About You

We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the confidence to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, and/ or Senior Technician
• Mechanical trade qualification
• Strong technical and diagnostic capability
• Excellent communication, leadership, and task‑management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail
• Valid Australian working rights and current driver’s licence
