Used Vehicle Sales Manager

About the Role

easyauto123 Hendra are seeking a results‑driven and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our used car sales operation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, managing stock and pricing, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring a consistently high‑quality experience for our customers.

You will play a key role in maximising sales performance, improving conversion, and maintaining strong operational discipline within a fast‑paced used vehicle environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Manage used vehicle stock levels, pricing, and merchandising strategies
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Coach, train, and support team members to maximise individual performance
• Oversee the full used vehicle sales process and ensure compliance with company standards
• Work closely with finance, administration, and reconditioning teams to support vehicle turnover
• Maintain strong standards in customer experience, documentation, and reporting

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar senior role within used vehicle retail
• Strong understanding of used vehicle sales processes and stock management
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitability and performance
• Ability to inspire, coach, and manage a high‑performing sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Current and valid driver’s licence
• Full Australian working rights
