easyauto123 Hendra is seeking a results-driven and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, coaching and developing your people, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience throughout their buying journey.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members
• Oversee the full sales process and ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and vehicle delivery

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership role within automotive sales
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the retail sales process
• Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Current and valid driver’s licence
• Full Australian working rights
