About the Role

easyauto123 Hendra are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in automotive sales, with full training and support provided in a fast‑paced and customer‑focused used car environment.

You’ll learn the end‑to‑end used vehicle sales process while working closely with experienced consultants and leaders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and assisting with used vehicle enquiries
• Learning to present and demonstrate vehicles confidently
• Supporting the sales team with test drives, vehicle preparation, and follow‑ups
• Maintaining accurate customer records and enquiry management
• Developing skills to manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery
• Working closely with the wider dealership team to deliver a great customer experience

Skills & Experience

• A strong interest in sales and the automotive industry
• Confidence communicating with customers in person and over the phone
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
• Current driver’s licence
