About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in Hendra.
As the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership, you'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or build their career in administration and customer service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and visitors with a warm and professional approach
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Assisting with customer enquiries
- Completing basic data entry and administration tasks
- Managing incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Providing support to the wider dealership team as required
Full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
You'll have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and professional manner
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- A willingness to learn and be part of a team
- A reliable and dependable approach to work
Previous customer service, hospitality or retail experience would be highly regarded, but it's not essential.
