Key responsibilities include:
- Processing vehicle sales, registrations and dealership documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and completing data entry in dealership systems
- Providing administrative support to sales, service and finance teams
- Responding to internal and external enquiries professionally
- Contributing to efficient workflow across departments
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administration or clerical role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused mindset
