Parts Supervisor

Reporting to the Parts & Service Manager, your key duties will include:

• Answering customer phone calls and interpreting parts – Internal and External
• Attending to customers efficiently and courteously
• Providing quotes for repair enquiries
• Assigning parts to job orders
• Liaising with warehouse staff

About you:

• Valid Australian Licence
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to lead and work well within a small team 
• A passion for the automotive industry
• Honesty and reliability with a 'can do attitude'
• Ability to solve problems, 
• Prioritise work tasks, 
• Meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
