Sales Trainee

Canberra Toyota has exciting roles available for candidate looking to get into automotive sales.
The dealership is expanding their team with huge range of product arriving soon. We are currently seeking applications for energetic and passionate trainee new Car Sales Consultants who want to gain entry into the exciting world of Automotive sales.
 
These roles are exciting roles within our dealerships, which will allow you to demonstrate your ability to achieve great results. Prior experience in automotive sales is not essential however, your enthusiasm and flair for sales performance and customer service needs to be your strength. We also require some that is reliable, career minded and willing to learn.

About You: 
Working in a customer focused and driven environment applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

• Strong aptitude towards sales and customer service
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
• Be a people person, able to work in a team environment
• Have a thirst for exceeding customer and dealership expectations
• Whilst not a prerequisite, previous customer service, sales or marketing experience will be highly regarded 
• A high level of computer literacy and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is also essential.
• You will also need to be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian driver’s licence.

 
You will be part of a team roster which includes from Monday to Saturday with rostered days off to compensate for the schedule.
 
You will have the opportunity to earn terrific commissions in this role.
 
Full training and support will be provided to all successful candidates.
