Opportunities like this don’t present often! John Andrew Ford, one of New Zealand's largest Ford Dealerships located in Grey Lynn Auckland, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic Senior Service Advisor with high aspirations.

With the Automotive Industry in its biggest transformation period seen in years, this critical role, in liaison with the Service Manager, is a hands-on role in our service department where you will be required to supervise a great team of Service Advisors to drive an exceptional customer experience, key productivity KPI's and ensuring all customer requests are completed to the high standards that we aim for.

As an up-and-coming leader, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to supervise a busy team, offer exceptional problem-solving / troubleshooting skills, combined with the ability to balance the demands of a dynamic environment.

The successful applicant will have:

• Experience as a Service Advisor (3+ years’ experience)
• Full clean drivers license & able to drive manual vehicles
• Highly motivated, confident decision-making and the ability to delegate
• Good work ethic and a high level of integrity
• Proven customer experience, ensuring all customer requirements are met in a timely manner, focusing on win-win outcomes
• A strong team focus on health and safety
• Strong time management and organisational skills, able to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• High standard of computer literacy
