The Role
We’re on the hunt for a smart, driven and dynamic Fleet and Business Development Consultant. Someone who doesn’t wait for sales leads but has an appreciation for networking and creating them. If you love chasing new business, thrive in a high-performance culture and get a buzz from closing deals, you're who we want on our team. We want someone who lives to prospect, pitch, and win — every day.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ proven success in sales — automotive preferred, but closers from any industry welcome.
• A strong track record in hunting, cold calling, and new business conquest.
• Experience with key accounts and relationship management.  
• Current full driver’s licence.
• NZ Residency.
• Confident using CRM tools to build a pipeline, attack it daily, and turn leads into revenue.

• Experienced in networking and nurturing key accounts.
• Strong prospector: you’re on the phone, in the field, and always making new connections to fill the funnel.
• Sharp communicator with natural persuasion and negotiation ability.
• Skilled at qualifying customer needs, presenting value, and closing fast.
• Thrives in a pressure-driven, target-focused environment.
• Drives growth with both new and existing fleet customers.
• Can confidently present, demonstrate, and sell vehicle solutions.
• Disciplined follow-up and meticulous pipeline management.
• Owns the full sales process from lead → close → delivery.
