About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a relentless, hard-charging Fleet & Business Development Consultant — someone who doesn’t wait for leads but creates them. If you love chasing new business, thrive on competition, and get a buzz from closing deals, this is your arena.
We want a salesperson who lives to prospect, pitch, and win — every day.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ proven success in sales — automotive preferred, but closers from any industry welcome.
• A strong track record in hunting, cold calling, and new business conquest.
• Current full driver’s licence.
• NZ Residency.
• Confident using CRM tools to build a pipeline, attack it daily, and turn leads into revenue.

• Strong prospector: you’re on the phone, in the field, and always filling the funnel.
• Sharp communicator with natural persuasion and negotiation ability.
• Skilled at uncovering needs, presenting value, and closing fast.

• Drives growth with both new and existing fleet customers.
• Can confidently present, demonstrate, and sell vehicle solutions.
• Disciplined follow-up and meticulous pipeline management.
• Owns the full sales process from lead → close → delivery.
