About the Role
As our Delivery Co-ordinator / Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and memorable vehicle handover experience in a fast-paced environment at the #1 Ford dealer in NZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate all customer vehicle deliveries
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Delivery, and Finance teams
• Track vehicle readiness and ensure timelines are met
• Book and manage delivery appointments
• Assist with vehicle presentation and photography for advertising
• Follow processes and instructions 100% of the time
• Deliver an exceptional, professional customer experience at every touchpoint

About You:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and able to stay one step ahead
• Sound computer and systems knowledge with high attention to detail
• Great with people and confident communicator
• Passionate about cars and presentation
• Reliable with excellent time management
• Holds a valid NZ driver’s licence
• Takes pride in doing things right the first time
