New Vehicle Sales Consultant

About the Role

BYD Mt Gravatt are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a fast‑growing global electric vehicle brand and support customers through their EV journey with expert advice and a strong focus on customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate new BYD vehicle models and EV technology
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistent follow‑up
• Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail, highly regarded
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in electric vehicles, technology, and sustainable transport
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional approach
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up capability
• Current driver’s licence
