Warranty Administrator

A fixed term role has opened at North Harbour Ford for a Warranty Administrator, located in Glenfield. This role is to cover maternity leave, starting July/August.

In this important role you will process all documentation related to the servicing of vehicles whilst within the warranty period. Following guidelines set by the manufacturer you will complete claims, organise warranty return parts, maintain a monthly reconciliation of claims, and complete costing of repairs.

As an integral member of the service team, you will keep up to date with manufacturer requirements and timeframes and liaise with customers to keep them informed and ensure a great customer experience.

The successful applicant will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable
• Advanced data entry and computing skills, including MS Office suite proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understand customer requirements and adapt to changes 
• Ability to learn new information regarding warranty structures and improve administrative efficiencies
• Strong team player, with effective time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry are preferable
