The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless service experience from drop-off through to collection.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and checking in vehicles
Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
Coordinating with technicians and workshop staff
Explaining completed work and recommendations
Booking future servicing and maintenance appointments
Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day
 
You will:
