Service Advisor

About the Role

Eblen Subaru are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check-in through to vehicle collection.
 
Duties will include:

• Engage with the Service department team to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries.
• Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests.
• Liaise with workshop to provide accurate updates on vehicle status.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the process.
• Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or in senior Service roles desired but not necessary.
• Ability to learn, develop and grow as a Service Advisors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Current driver's license required
• Full Australian working rights required
