You will be responsible for welcoming and making sure our customers have the best experience possible from vehicle drop off to pick up.

The Role:

• Greet visitors
• Complete repair order presentation
• Working with the workshop controller to ensure the vehicle is ready on time
• Advising the customer of any required work
• Keeping the customer informed during the day
• Handing the car back to the customer and explaining the work carried out
• Making future service bookings
