Service Advisor

We have a rare opportunity to join Eblen Subaru, awarded the National Retailer of the Year for the last 2 years.

A position has become vacant starting immediately for a Service Advisor at our Glenelg dealership located on Brighton Road. 

We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and who can work as part of a team handling a range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience is not necessary with full training provided and included into the Eagers Service Advisor Recognition Program for 2025.

Daily you will greet customers checking in and out, handle warranty claims, scheduled serving and manage guests expectations and communication between the workshop and customer. 

The ideal candidate will:

• Drive customer satisfaction maintaining a high level of Reputation
• Contribute positively to workplace culture creating a safe & enjoyable environment
• A focus on achieving department KPI’s on a regular basis
• Willing to embrace change and technology such as SMS payments & upsells
• Ability to multi task & prioritise with excellent organisation skills
• Full drivers’ licence and a professional presentation
