Stock Controller

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Stock Controller to join the team at Waverley Toyota. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for managing new vehicle stock, ensuring accurate records, and supporting our sales department with smooth and efficient stock processes. This role includes commissions and offers a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing vehicle orders, allocations, and deliveries

• Coordinating vehicle logistics with internal teams and external partners

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records in our systems

• Supporting the sales team with vehicle availability and reporting

• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stocktakes and audits

Skills & Experience

• Experience in stock control, inventory, or dealership administration (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

• A current Australian driver’s licence
