Waverley Toyota is seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Service Receptionist to join our busy team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

 

About the Role

As our Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, providing a welcoming and seamless experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
  • Scheduling service bookings and managing appointment calendars
  • Liaising with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflows
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing accurate information
  • Performing general administrative tasks including data entry and filing

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous reception or customer service experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
  • Professional and friendly phone manner
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (and basic computer literacy)
  • A genuine passion for customer service
