About the Role
As our Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, providing a welcoming and seamless experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Scheduling service bookings and managing appointment calendars
- Liaising with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflows
- Handling customer enquiries and providing accurate information
- Performing general administrative tasks including data entry and filing
What We’re Looking For
- Previous reception or customer service experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (and basic computer literacy)
- A genuine passion for customer service
