About the Opportunity

Toyota Waverley is seeking a motivated Sales Cadet to join our busy, high-performing automotive sales team. This is an ideal entry-level sales role for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry with Australia’s most trusted vehicle brand.

No prior car sales experience is required — we provide structured training, mentoring, and a clear pathway to Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom

• Support Sales Consultants with enquiries, appointments and deliveries

• Conduct follow-up calls and manage leads under guidance

• Learn Toyota products, systems and sales processes

• Assist with test drives and vehicle handovers

• Maintain showroom and vehicle presentation standards

About You

• Strong communication and people skills

• Be fluent with Mandarin/Cantonese language

• Customer-focused with a professional attitude

• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn

• Comfortable using phones, email and CRM systems

• Passion for cars and sales (preferred, not essential)

• Current driver’s licence (preferred)
