About the Role

As our Finance & Insurance Consultant, you’ll be the trusted expert who helps customers secure tailored finance and insurance solutions – ensuring their purchase is seamless, stress-free, and backed by confidence. You’ll also play a critical part in driving dealership performance and profitability.

What You’ll Do

• Present finance, insurance, and car care options with clarity and professionalism.
• Build finance packages that fit customers’ needs and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Deliver a smooth handover and an exceptional customer experience.
• Partner with the sales team to boost conversions and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in automotive finance, lending, or insurance (preferred).
• A proven sales record with strong negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• A confident communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Current driver’s license and the ability to gain accreditation.
• Valid Australian work rights.
