About the Role
As our F&I Consultant, you’ll be the trusted expert who helps customers secure tailored finance and insurance solutions – ensuring their purchase is seamless, stress-free, and backed by confidence. You’ll also play a critical part in driving dealership performance and profitability.

What you’ll do:
* Present finance, insurance and car care options with clarity and professionalism
* Build finance packages that fit customers’ needs and budgets
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
* Deliver a smooth handover and an exceptional guest experience
* Partner with the sales team to boost conversions and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in automotive finance, lending, or insurance (preferred)
* A proven sales record with strong negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and compliance awareness
* A confident communicator who builds trust quickly
* Current driver’s license and the ability to gain accreditations
