About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team. You’ll be the key connection between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is smooth, transparent, and well managed.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings
• Providing clear service and repair recommendations
• Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Preparing quotes, invoices, and customer updates
• Delivering a professional and friendly experience at every interaction

About You

You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
You will bring:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is not essential but desirable 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• A current driver’s licence
