About the Role

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, seamless, and positive experience.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings
• Consulting with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repair requirements
• Preparing repair orders and job documentation
• Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
• Providing updates on vehicle progress and completion times
• Preparing service estimates and invoices
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
• Promoting additional services and maintenance recommendations where appropriate
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the service process

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A professional and customer-centric approach
• The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
• Strong computer and administration skills
• Experience using dealership management systems (desirable)
• A current driver's licence
