About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing team As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will play a key role in the customer purchasing journey, helping customers secure finance and insurance solutions tailored to their individual needs.
Working closely with our Sales Teams across multiple brands, you will be responsible for presenting finance and protection products, ensuring compliance, and delivering a premium customer experience from purchase through to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and arrange vehicle finance and insurance solutions for customers.
- Promote and sell a range of aftermarket products including extended warranties, paint protection, roadside assistance, and other vehicle protection products.
- Ensure all lending and insurance processes comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare loan applications and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with lending institutions and insurance providers to achieve competitive outcomes for customers.
- Manage settlement and delivery processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers, finance partners, and dealership staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within dealership systems.
- Achieve monthly finance penetration, insurance, and profitability targets.
About You
You are a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys helping customers make informed financial decisions.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance is highly desirable.
- Experience in banking, finance, insurance, or retail sales will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of finance products and customer lending processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
