About the Role:
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of providing amazing customer service. You’ll be the Call centre's “Director of First Impressions”, which means regardless of how busy you are, you’ll always be personable and positive over the phone. 

 

Duties will include, but are not limited to –

  • Managing all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting our customers in a professional and warm manner
  • Entering all service bookings in our dealer management system
  • Managing inbound online service bookings and enquiries
  • Calling customers to confirm their scheduled services
  • Calling customers to follow up and ensure service and sales experiences are positive and ultimately that the customer is well informed and happy
  • General administration duties

 

About You:
To be considered for this role, you will -

  • Have an extremely positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Have experience in a high performing customer service team
  • Have a friendly and confident phone manner
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Have exceptional organisation & customer service skills
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic
  • Hold a full, current drivers licence
