Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for an Automotive Business Manager who can play an integral role in delivering Finance and Insurance to our BYD customer. 

The BYD structure is unlike anything of the past. Not only is the product a reflection of the future, but the sales structure itself, sets its people up for success.

This is a fulltime role, 5 days a week inclusive of Saturday.

About the Role: As a Finance Manager at BYD, you'll be a key player in delivering Finance and Insurance to our BYD customers. You'll have the skills to build strong rapport with customers while offering a range of finance & insurance options, ensuring customers can easily finance and protect their vehicles.

What are you going to do?

• You will be offering unique tailored financial solutions for our guest’s consumer and commercial automotive needs from end to end.
• You will work face to face with customers to steer lending conversations with confidence, utilising your comprehensive understanding of our products, to proactively identifying solutions for their financial needs.
• Your role exists to exceed our customer’s expectations and provide them with best financial options in a stress free and genuine environment. 
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring an exceptional experience that drives repeat business.
• Work efficiently under pressure while paying attention to the finest details.
• Lead and coach a small team, helping them understand the benefits of our in-house finance solutions.
• Collaborate with award-winning financiers who will support your success.
• Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly around here.
