Inventory Clerk

Due to the unprecedented growth of our brand, BYD Fremantle is excited to announce a new opening for an Inventory Clerk!

There will be several new BYD dealerships in the very near future, so the ongoing possibilities with development are incredible. This is a fantastic opportunity to part take in an amazing time of change, environmental innovation and sustainable development in the automotive industry.

This opportunity is for an immediate start, and hours can vary to suit the correct candidate

This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate who will enjoy providing our guests with an excellent customer service experience.

Duties will include:

• Maximising productivity though vehicle stock control
• Delivering exceptional customer experience either face to face or on the phone
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
• Developing your knowledge of our brand, and process's
• Ensuring the administrative operations are completed accurately
• Meeting KPIs in a timely fashion
• Working closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure efficient and seamless service
• licensing of new vehicles  

Ideally you will possess:

• Have a can-do attitude as no one day is the same!
• Strong numerical skills essential
• Ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships with customers
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously while liaising with a variety of departments
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Work well in a busy environment and be driven by results
• Willingness to learn and develop
