About the Role

Denza Brisbane are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team in a full‑time position. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression while providing consistent front‑desk and administrative support across the dealership.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, customer‑focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers and visitors on arrival and direct enquiries appropriately
• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
• Provide general administrative and reception support
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Assist with appointment scheduling and internal coordination
• Ensure reception and showroom areas are presented professionally at all times

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role highly regarded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a friendly, customer‑focused approach
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Current driver’s licence
