Showroom Host – BYD Fortitude Valley
 
BYD Brisbane has a unique opportunity for a full-time showroom host to join our prestige facility located at Fortitude Valley.

This is the flagship store in Queensland and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get on board with the most exciting automotive brand in Australia!

Working amongst a small team of professionals the successful applicant must demonstrate a high level of customer relationship skills whilst being able to coordinate a busy workload.
 
Key responsibilities 

• Warmly greet and receive all customers to the showroom
• Ask qualification questions to ensure that the guest is directed to the appropriate consultant
• Provide feedback to the sales manager about the guests that have arrived
• Assist to oversee what guests are currently being assisted by our sales team
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers, face to face and via phone and email
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills by completing office management tasks, operating reception and conducting customer relations activities daily
• Ensure that all customers receive a high level of customer service, remain completely satisfied and receive their desired outcome throughout their dealings with the dealership
• Understand and represent the BYD brand in an appropriate professional manner
