Based out of our Brisbane location, Fortitude Valley, we are looking for a New Car Sales & Finance Consultant. As a strong advocate for the brand, you will be known for delivering the ultimate customer experience and achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.
As our newest Consultant, and with the exciting new blend of roles — combining Sales & Finance — you will be truly passionate and committed to this position. With a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, you’ll be an inspiration and role model to your colleagues.

Consultants will be working closely with the BYD Customer Care Team based in Brisbane to manage all BYD customer needs. We want eager, enthusiastic, and passionate salespeople who have had previous experience in Retail Sales or Hospitality, wanting career progression or a new direction with limitless opportunities.

- A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs

- Use your owner's mindset to manage your time, prioritize important tasks and ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change – things move quickly here
- A strong and reliable work ethic & process-driven mindset
- Keeping our customers informed during their new car purchase journey
- Delivering the features and benefits to customers – taking them through their new car deliveries
- Sell new vehicles via email, over the phone, and face-to-face
- Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from lead management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step
- Managing vehicle deliveries
- Understanding and being responsive to customers' needs with a "nothing’s a problem" attitude
- Ensuring customers have a memorable guest experience as they take possession of their brand-new BYD
The successful applicant will possess:
- Previous sales experience in any industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet KPIs and targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- A valid driver’s license
- A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge!
