About the Role
As the BYD Fleet administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the fleet sales team. This is a critical role to ensure that our consultants are able to continue to grow the brand, deliver for their clients, and manage stakeholder expectations. 

Key Responsibilities
• Complete all quote requests with perfect accuracy within required timeframes
• Complete all invoices to ensure prompt payment and settlement for outstanding deliveries
• Create new orders in the system and liaise with sales team.
• Ensure that orders are progressing towards delivery and required documentation submitted
• Organise third party accessory fitment on sold vehicles awaiting delivery
