Finance and Insurance Consultant

About the Role

Denza Brisbane are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our premium sales operation.

This role is suited to a proven F&I professional who can confidently manage the end‑to‑end finance process while delivering a polished, compliant, and high‑quality customer experience.

Working within a high‑end dealership environment, you will play a key role in maximising finance performance, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting strong sales outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Present finance, insurance, and warranty products clearly and professionally to customers
• Prepare and submit finance applications to a panel of lenders
• Ensure finance documentation is accurate and fully compliant with ASIC and lender requirements
• Manage settlements, payouts, and remittances
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in line with dealership standards
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Management teams to achieve performance targets

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Finance and Insurance Consultant in automotive (essential)
• Strong understanding of finance products, compliance, and customer lending requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Confident using dealer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a target‑driven environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain required financier licensing credentials
• Ability to provide clear police and bankruptcy checks
• Current driver’s licence
