The Role:
 We are hiring four team members to be Administration Officers and support key administrative and financial operations within our organisation. Collectively, the team will be responsible for ensuring smooth deal processing, accurate financial record-keeping, and responsive internal support. Each team member will take on specific responsibilities based on their strengths and the needs of the department.
 
What You’ll Do: (Distributed Across the Team):

  • Deal Processing: Manage automotive deals from start to finish with precision, ensuring all documentation is flawless and up-to-date. Work closely with our sales and finance teams to address any issues and meet processing deadlines.
  • Invoice Entry: Accurately input and reconcile vehicle invoices, maintaining our high standards of financial accuracy.
  • Refunds : Process customer refunds and trade payouts efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Internal Customer Service: Offer prompt support to our teams, assisting with administrative and financial queries and ensuring seamless operations across departments.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized electronic records, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • General Support: Collaborate with team members, assist with various tasks, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

 
What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organisational skills.
  • A certificate in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
