About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our fun team as the director of first impressions! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional and memorable experience at Ferntree Gully Toyota. Your day will include greeting guests, managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, supporting the broader dealership team and ensuring the front of house environment runs smoothly. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys connecting with people.

Skills and Experience
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Professional presentation and a friendly, welcoming manner
· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
· Confidence using computer systems and phone switchboards
· Previous reception or customer facing experience (automotive preferred)
